Dr. Ede is an internationally recognized psychiatrist and expert in nutritional and metabolic psychiatry. She developed the first and only medically accredited Ketogenic Diets for Mental Health Clinician Training Program, in which she teaches practitioners of all backgrounds how to safely incorporate metabolic therapies into their care of people with psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Chris Palmer

Dr. Palmer is a Harvard psychiatrist and researcher working at the interface of metabolism and mental health. His book, Brain Energy, presents the first comprehensive theory of what causes mental illness, integrating decades of clinical, neuroscience, and metabolic research into one unifying theory.

Dr. Iain Campbell
A serendipitous timing of my break at Metabolic Health Summit In Florida where I ran into one of the presenters from University of Edinburgh. Dr. Campbell is one of the few scientists in the world researching bipolar disorder, who also lives with the condition.

Robyn Dobbins
Robyn is a fierce advocate for achieving mental health remission through metabolic therapies. Her journey to wellness began with Vinnie Tortorich's NSNG® (No Sugar, No Grains) approach, which yielded remarkable success in her recovery.

Dr. Anthony Chaffee
Just a little discussion on cancer with Dr. Chaffee, an American medical doctor specializing in neurosurgery and one of the speakers at the Symposium for Metabolic Health.

His research centres around the optimal nutrition for human performance and health. It is his assertion that most of the so-called chronic diseases are caused by the food we eat, or don’t eat, and can be reversed with dietary changes to a species specific diet.
